Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education DG Khan holds the 12th class annual exams every year according to a schedule. Written papers of BISE DG Khan 12th class annual exams for all the participating students are organized during the month of May while practical papers are conducted by the board in June for the FSC part 2 students. All the public and private colleges and higher secondary schools in the DG Khan and its nearby districts are affiliated with BISE DG Khan due to which thousands of regular students of these institutes and many other private students participate in the HSSC part 2 annual exams under BISE DG Khan every year.
